Request account and associated data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your TeleSmart Prompter account and associated data. The app is published as TeleSmart Prompter by developer Cemal Karabulakli.

How to request deletion

1. Email cemalkarabulakli@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account or support request.
2. Use the subject line TeleSmart Prompter account deletion.
3. Include your device platform, Apple App Store or Google Play purchase platform if relevant, and any support email address you used with us.

We will confirm the request and process deletion within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or store transaction reasons.

Account status

The current TeleSmart Prompter app does not require account creation. If you have not created an account in a future version of the app, there is no app account record for us to delete. You can still request deletion of support, analytics, diagnostics, or purchase-related data using the steps above.

Data deleted

• Account profile data controlled by TeleSmart Prompter, if an account exists.
• Support emails and support records associated with your request, unless retention is required to handle an active dispute or legal obligation.
• Analytics or diagnostics identifiers that we can reasonably associate with your request.
• Purchase-related records controlled by our app services, where deletion does not conflict with store, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal retention requirements.

Data kept

• Apple App Store and Google Play transaction records are controlled by Apple and Google. Manage subscriptions, cancellation, and refund requests through your store account.
• Records we must keep for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or abuse-prevention reasons may be retained for the required period.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify a user or device may be retained.
• Videos already saved to your device's camera roll are controlled by you and must be deleted from Photos or Gallery.

Local scripts and recordings

Your scripts and takes are stored on your device. Delete individual scripts or takes in the app where those controls are available. Removing TeleSmart Prompter from your device deletes the app's local data from that device. Recordings already saved to your camera roll must be deleted from Photos or Gallery.

Purchases

Purchase records are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and Adapty. To cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. To request deletion of purchase-related support data, email us from the address you used for support.

Analytics and diagnostics

To request deletion of analytics or diagnostics data that may be associated with your device or support conversation, email cemalkarabulakli@gmail.com with the subject "TeleSmart Prompter data deletion". We may need information such as your device platform, approximate dates of use, and any support email address you contacted us from.
