Using the app

TeleSmart Prompter provides script management, paced scrolling, camera preview, recording controls, and related tools for creating videos. You are responsible for the scripts, recordings, and other content you create with the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

TeleSmart Prompter may offer free features, paid subscriptions, and a lifetime purchase. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and taxes are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to the store account you use for purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe another person's rights, or create content you do not have the right to make. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app, purchase systems, analytics systems, or related services.

No professional advice

The app helps with video recording workflow. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep paid functionality available as described in the app, but no software service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleSmart Prompter is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost content, failed recordings, lost revenue, or indirect damages. Always keep independent backups of important scripts and recordings.
