TeleSmart Prompter is built for recording scripted videos on your device. This policy explains what the app processes, what may be collected, and how to contact us.

Information you create in the app

Your scripts, script names, recording settings, and recorded takes are stored on your device. TeleSmart Prompter does not upload your script text or recorded video to our servers.

Camera, microphone, and photos

The app asks for camera and microphone access so you can preview and record video. It asks for photo library add access so recorded takes can be saved to your device's camera roll. Camera and microphone content is used for recording only.

Diagnostics and analytics

We may use Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, and PostHog to understand app stability and product usage. These services may receive crash reports, device and app version information, diagnostic events, and product interaction events such as a script being created or a recording being started or completed. We do not intentionally send script text, video files, or audio files in analytics events.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and Adapty. These services may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, country or region, and store transaction information so the app can unlock Pro features.

Accounts

The current app does not require an account. If a future version adds accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated before those features collect account data.

Tracking and advertising

TeleSmart Prompter does not show ads and does not sell personal data. We do not use App Tracking Transparency to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Children

TeleSmart Prompter is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support email or another channel, contact us and we will delete it.

Data deletion

You can delete local scripts and takes inside the app where available, or remove the app from your device to delete local app data. For analytics, diagnostics, or purchase-related deletion requests, see Data Deletion.
