TeleSmart Prompter is built for recording scripted videos on your device. This policy explains what the app processes, what may be collected, and how to contact us.

Information you create in the app

Your scripts, script names, recording settings, and recorded takes are stored on your device. TeleSmart Prompter does not upload your script text or recorded video to our servers.

Camera, microphone, and photos

The app asks for camera and microphone access so you can preview and record video. It asks for photo library add access so recorded takes can be saved to your device's camera roll. Camera and microphone content is used for recording only.

Diagnostics and analytics

We may use Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, and Mixpanel to understand app stability and product usage. These services may receive crash reports, device and app version information, diagnostic events, and product interaction events such as a script being created or a recording being started or completed. Analytics are sent only after you opt in, and you can turn them off in Settings. We do not intentionally send script text, video files, or audio files in analytics events. Like most analytics services, Firebase Analytics may use your IP address to estimate an approximate location (country, region, and city); we do not store your IP address. When you have opted in, the analytics identifiers of your install (the Firebase app instance ID and the Mixpanel distinct ID) are also shared with Adapty, our purchase provider, so subscription events can be matched to anonymous usage. Adapty is told when analytics are off and then does not forward them.

Google Docs import

If you import a script from a Google Docs or Google Drive link, the app downloads the public plain-text version of that file directly from Google and saves the text on your device. The link and the text are not sent to us or to analytics. Only files shared as "Anyone with the link" can be imported; the app does not sign in to your Google account.

Support ID and free imports

To count free imports in a way that survives reinstalling the app, the app creates a Support ID: a code derived from a device identifier (on Android, the app-specific Android ID; on iOS, a random value the app stores in your device's keychain), hashed so the original identifier cannot be recovered. The Support ID is sent to Adapty, our purchase provider, together with the number of free imports used and any bonus imports we grant you. It is linked to your purchase status there and used only to run the app's features, never for advertising or tracking. If you opt in to analytics, the same Adapty profile also holds your install's anonymous analytics identifiers (see "Diagnostics and analytics"). You can see your Support ID in Settings and send it to us if you need help with imports.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and Adapty. These services may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, country or region, and store transaction information so the app can unlock Pro features.

Accounts

The current app does not require an account. If a future version adds accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated before those features collect account data.

Tracking and advertising

TeleSmart Prompter does not show ads and does not sell personal data. We do not use App Tracking Transparency to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Children

TeleSmart Prompter is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support email or another channel, contact us and we will delete it.

Data deletion

You can delete local scripts and takes inside the app where available, or remove the app from your device to delete local app data. For analytics, diagnostics, or purchase-related deletion requests, see Data Deletion.
