What to include

• Your device model and operating system version.
• The app version, if you can see it in the app or store.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• For purchase issues, whether the purchase was through Apple App Store or Google Play. Do not send full payment card details.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel from your store account settings. Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made.
